EIQ provides outsourced Tesla Solar Roof project support services on behalf of the Certified Installer ("CI").
The following Cost Plus Pricing applies:
Additional services not listed above may be quoted separately and require written approval by the CI prior to commencement.
For Interconnection Services and Permitting Services, EIQ may pay applicable filing charges, permit charges, utility charges, Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) charges, and other required third-party costs on behalf of the project. Such costs shall be documented by EIQ and added to the applicable invoice as reimbursable project costs.
The CI acknowledges that Interconnection Services and Permitting Services are provided on a Cost Plus Pricing basis, consisting of actual documented third-party costs plus the applicable EIQ service price.
Tesla Solar Roof system support and project coordination, utility interconnection support, permit package preparation and coordination, engineering coordination and engineering package management, project documentation and administrative support, and Tesla-specific project support.
EIQ will issue invoices five (5) business days after work commences on a project.
All invoices are due and payable immediately upon receipt.
EIQ may suspend work on projects with unpaid invoices.
Refunds are not available for services already performed.
The CI may cancel this Agreement at any time by emailing team@electricaliq.net with "Cancel Service Agreement" in the subject line. Cancellation applies only to future services not yet commenced. Services already performed or in progress remain payable.
Engineering Services are non-cancelable once engineering work has been ordered, assigned, initiated, or performed by EIQ or its engineering partners.
The CI shall remain responsible for the full Engineering Service price and any associated engineering costs incurred after engineering work has commenced.
Applicable EIQ service prices and reimbursable project costs may be included as project job costs during the quoting process and incorporated into project cost estimates, pricing models, margin calculations, and customer proposals prepared by EIQ on behalf of the CI.
The CI understands that all project costs are estimates and may vary during actual project execution.
EIQ acts as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of the CI.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, customer, technical, financial, and business information.
